You’re here because you're worried about how much you’re drinking and want to talk to someone about how this is making you feel but don’t know where to start.
That’s where I come in.
You feel like you can’t just have one or two drinks and the hangovers are starting to affect your everyday life. You’re tired and fed up but busy juggling a career and children; there just isn’t time for you to stop and figure out how to make life better for you. Perhaps you’re ashamed and embarrassed by how much you’re drinking and have started to hide it. You feel and look a shadow of your former self and know it’s time to change things.
I’ve been in your shoes so I know how you feel and I can guess that, while you may not have hit rock bottom, you’re not feeling your best.
I’d love to talk to you about where to go from here and how coaching can help you. For me, sobriety brought a better, brighter, happier life, one where I’m living not simply existing. Let me help you get that too.
My Coaching Packages
I offer 1:1 coaching to uncover what's driving you to drink and help you to feel happier and healthier in your brand new sober life. My approach looks at the whole picture, not just the drinking itself. We work together on tools and strategies that support your mind, body, and day-to-day wellbeing so you’re not just white-knuckling through, but actually creating a life you don’t feel the need to escape from.
Each package is tailored to your individual needs and all coaching is confidential and non-judgemental.
There are three different ways of working with me:
1. The "Let's Get It Started" Session
A single 60-minute coaching session to get clarity, support and a personalised next step, with the option to upgrade to one of the coaching packages listed below.
2. The "Four Weeks of Freedom" Package
A four-week 1:1 coaching journey to help you shift your relationship with alcohol and feel more in control. Includes follow up resources and action plan, plus support via WhatsApp.
3. The "12 Weeks of Bliss" Package
A transformational 12-week program to go beyond “just stopping” and start living a life you truly love – clear-headed, confident and calm. Includes follow up resources and action plan, plus support via WhatsApp.
Plus: if you choose the 4-week or 3-month package, you can sign up to monthly check-ins and support via WhatsApp after the coaching finishes.
